A recognized leader in AI infrastructure and data center thermal innovation, Dr. Shah specializes in high-density
liquid cooling and next-generation thermal architectures. Earlier in his career, he held senior technical roles at
TMGcore and 3M, contributing to the industry's adoption of liquid cooling technologies. Across his career, Dr.
Shah has authored or co-authored more than 40 technical publications and filed over 35 patents (12 issued). He is
a Senior Member of IEEE and an active contributor to ASHRAE TC9.9, ASME, and the Open Compute Project.
